I am Gothandan Ramalingam, an Occupational Therapist with international experience and network of over 20 years. I have experience of working with children, adult and older people for Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), Government Agency (HSE) and Private Practice. Currently, I am working for adult and older people, with Multi-Disciplinary Team in the HSE as a Senior Occupational Therapist, and collaborating with various agencies in private practice to deliver best possible service.

I am registered and adhering to Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics of AOTI, AIOTA, CORU & WFOT for professional practice. Activity Therapy is complaint with relevant legislation in Ireland and conform with regulations in order to ensure Quality, Quantity and Spirit (QQS) in services that are provided to service users.

I qualified as an OT in 2010, after studying for four years in University College Cork. I spent 7 years in the UK, working as an Occupational Therapist. I then moved to New Zealand for 12 months to work as an OT, and Australia for 18 months. I then moved home to Ireland in 2020 and set up my own private practice in Limerick, Ireland. I have has specialist training and extensive experience in using specialist assessments and interventions in clinical practice.
I have experience working in the areas of neurology, neurorehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, developmental delay, upper limb rehabilitation, feeding difficulties, developmental coordination disorders, autism, and sensory processing challenges.
I am CORU registered, and a member of the Association of Occupational Therapists Ireland.
