I qualified as an OT in 2010, after studying for four years in University College Cork. I spent 7 years in the UK, working as an Occupational Therapist. I then moved to New Zealand for 12 months to work as an OT, and Australia for 18 months. I then moved home to Ireland in 2020 and set up my own private practice in Limerick, Ireland. I have has specialist training and extensive experience in using specialist assessments and interventions in clinical practice.
I have experience working in the areas of neurology, neurorehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, developmental delay, upper limb rehabilitation, feeding difficulties, developmental coordination disorders, autism, and sensory processing challenges.
I am CORU registered, and a member of the Association of Occupational Therapists Ireland.

Mukesh Gandhi is the founder of Innodrive Therapy. Mukesh graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2002 and is currently practicing as a Senior Occupational Therapist. He has been involved in training and research, particularly in the area of driving assessment and housing adaptation.
Throughout his career he has been actively involved in the delivery and co-ordination of several services and has gained a broad array of experience and specialist skills. His expertise has focused on the adult and older person services including the following areas: care of the elderly, medicine and surgery, orthopaedics, neurology, rheumatology and rehabilitation. I am a Senior O.T with fourteen years’ experience in provision of Occupational Therapy services to adults. I have a background in working with clients presenting with an Intellectual Disability at various levels and clients presenting with complex needs and dual diagnoses. I work part time in hospice care where I provide specialist OT input to patients who are palliative, those with life threatening illness and for those at end of life. This includes provision of specialised seating systems, occupational therapy interventions, symptom control management – anxiety management, breathlessness management and fatigue management on both individual and group levels. I provide services to nursing homes in North Dublin, Meath and Louth. I am passionate about the provision of services to those who cannot advocate for themselves. I support all of my clients to achieve their goals whatever stage of life they are at.
I have a special interest in seating with postgraduate qualifications in seating and postural management for complex disabled clients. I have specialist qualifications in palliative care and oncology – including a deep understanding of disease progression and its impact on daily function. I work across the board with adults aged 18 years up
