]]> My name is Kerrie Houlahan and I am a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist providing independent Occupational Therapy assessments and reports through private practice. I work with children, adults, and older people in the community, delivering practical, evidence-based recommendations that support safety, independence, and quality of life.

I specialize in Housing Adaptation Grant assessments, including Local Authority grants, Mobility Aids Grants, and Housing Aid for Older People. I also provides manual handling risk assessments in home and community settings, offering clear safety recommendations and comprehensive written reports.

My services include seating and wheelchair assessments, with expert advice on seating, mobility, and equipment selection, as well as functional assessments and reports supporting applications for care packages and home support services.

I am registered with CORU (OT 024420) and known for my thorough, person-centered approach and my ability to produce clear, high-quality reports that meet statutory and funding body requirements. I work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure assessments are practical, timely, and tailored to individual needs.
