My name is Kerrie Houlahan and I am a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist providing independent Occupational Therapy assessments and reports through private practice. I specialize in Housing Adaptation Grant assessments, including Local Authority grants, Mobility Aids Grants, and Housing Aid for Older People. I also provides manual handling risk assessments in home and community settings, offering clear safety recommendations and comprehensive written reports.
My services include seating and wheelchair assessments, with expert advice on seating, mobility, and equipment selection, as well as functional assessments and reports supporting applications for care packages and home support services.
