Anne Marie is providing Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention as required to people in the comfort of their home environment and community . Anne-Marie focuses on supporting both clients and families with everyday tasks. Anne-Marie provides assessment for housing adaptation grants, supporting reports for re-housing, assessment of cognition, adaptive equipment needs and assessment of motor skills. Anne-Marie will compile individual home programmes to support everyday tasks.
